Growing up surrounded by home construction and real estate, she developed an early appreciation for the details that make a property distinctive and the decisions involved in buying and selling a home.
Before entering real estate, Sarah worked as an educator, developing the communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills that now serve her clients. As a licensed real estate agent and marketing lead for The Peggy Dowcett Group, Sarah plays an integral role in preparing, presenting, and promoting properties. From developing creative marketing strategies and digital content to coordinating showings and negotiating offers, she brings energy, attention to detail, and a personal commitment to every transaction.
Working alongside her mother, Peggy Dowcett, Sarah combines her own perspective and marketing expertise with the team's extensive experience and established relationships throughout Concord, Carlisle, and surrounding communities.
